Note: This is an unpaid internship aimed at offering valuable hands-on learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Help maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.
- Assist in drafting HR documentation and internal communications.
- Participate in employee engagement, training initiatives, and policy reviews.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a university and maintain student status throughout the internship period.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a startup culture.
