Note: This is an unpaid internship aimed at offering valuable hands-on learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Help maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.
  • Assist in drafting HR documentation and internal communications.
  • Participate in employee engagement, training initiatives, and policy reviews.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a university and maintain student status throughout the internship period.
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a startup culture.
