Tasks
- Checking and reconciling accounting documents and data received to ensure completeness, and clarifying incomplete information with suppliers and/or customers’ field office branches
- Proactively supervising and reconciling assigned accounts to clarify open items in pending or current accounts
- Monitoring discrepancies between expected cost positions and incoming invoices, and proactively initiating corrections in the internal IT system or through suppliers’ debit notes
- Reconciling physical or scanned document information with accounting records
- Monitoring the status of own open cases
- Providing information to the respective finance department or airport management teams (e.g., unpaid receivables, unresolved open items)
- Ensuring that the accepted service level in terms of timeliness and accuracy is maintained within the area of responsibility
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Qualifications
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
- Excellent command of all Windows applications
