As a Data Migration Analyst, you’ll ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and validation of business data, guiding stakeholders and safeguarding quality for a smooth, compliant go-live.

Tasks
Quality Checks and Data Validation with Business stakeholders
- Perform detailed data checks using advanced Excel functions and Power Query, macros
- Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing fields, and mapping conflicts
- Execute business rules, mapping rules, pay structure checks, and picklist alignment
- Prepare and communicate validation reports to business stakeholders
- Organize and lead business validation calls to review data discrepancies
- Explain data issues and transformation logic clearly to business users (C1 German required)
- Coordinate data sign-off activities for each migration cycle
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of Excel data analysis (Power Query, Pivot Tables; macros - nice to have)
- Experience in data validation, cleansing, and large-scale data handling
- Understanding data mapping, rules, field-level transformations, picklists
- 2+ years of SAP HCM basics (data structures & infotypes) - nice to have
- 1+ year of SuccessFactors (portlets, objects) - nice to have
- Familiarity with ETL or data migration tools - nice to have
- Ability to identify structural data issues quickly and accurately
- German C1 - mandatory (daily communication with business stakeholders)
- Strong English proficiency
- Structured, independent, quality-oriented working style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure during testing and cutover phases
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Team player with intercultural communication competence
- Ownership mindset and accountability for deliverables
