Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the entire order processing - from creating and editing order-related documents to invoicing.
• You will organize logistics and schedules - including logistics notifications, coordination with shipping companies and internal departments, and delivery date planning.
• You will independently manage inventory - including administration and maintenance of relevant data.
• You will be the point of contact for our customers - providing advice over the phone, handling complaints, and creating and maintaining statistics and analyses.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
• You have a high level of professional competence, are resilient, flexible, and can keep track of things even in stressful situations.
• You have organizational skills, think ahead, and identify with your tasks.
• You work independently, have strong communication and teamwork skills, and are confident in using MS Office.
