Job Description
Your core tasks as a Security Officer:
Enforcement of security standards
Reception & front-of-house duties
Locking controls within the building, preventive fire protection and taking over the notification and reporting system
Working hours: 06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00 or 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 & 22:00 - 06:00
Qualifications
What we expect from you & Qualifications:
Security Guard IHK Examination according to §34a GewO (Sachkundeprüfung gem. §34a GewO)
Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (B1 - C2) and German (B2 - C2)
Good computer skills & excellent customer service skills
Preferably, but not a must with the qualification NSL-Fachkraft (Notruf- und Serviceleitstellen / emergency call and service control centres)
Willingness for a comprehensive security check
Good manners, well-groomed, confident & a proactive attitude
Experience as a team leader, would be an advantage
Be proficient in answering phones, emails and in using standard IT systems
Ability to work both independently, using your own initiative, and within a team
Driving licence code B, own transport desirable
Ability to go above and beyond to support our client
