(Senior) Procurement Applications Manager – Module Owner SRM (m/f/diverse)

As Module Owner for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) within our Ivalua suite, you will lead the digital enablement of supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, compliance, and performance monitoring.
This role bridges Procurement, Compliance, IT, and our external risk-data partners, ensuring SRM remains the foundation of our intelligent sourcing ecosystem.
As Module Owner for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) within our Ivalua suite, you will lead the digital enablement of supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, compliance, and performance monitoring.
This role bridges Procurement, Compliance, IT, and our external risk-data partners, ensuring SRM remains the foundation of our intelligent sourcing ecosystem.

Tasks

  • Act as functional owner for supplier lifecycle in Ivalua SRM (onboarding, qualification, risk, performance)
  • Drive automation, data quality, compliance, and UX improvements
  • Manage roadmap with S2P Business Owner; oversee integration with Sourcing, CLM, SRM, P2O
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses for regulatory/business needs (e.g., LkSG, ESG, sanctions) and translate into designs/backlog
  • Collaborate on external risk data integration (sanctions, ESG, financial, cybersecurity)
  • Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of workflows, approval chains, questionnaires, and scoring models for supplier registration, evaluation, and corrective actions
  • Partner with Digital Procurement Operations (Support, Content, Technical Ops) to ensure stable operations and data consistency
  • Act as 3rd level functional support for SRM-related incidents and ensure root cause resolution in alignment with Digital Procurement Operations and/or 3rd parties
  • Govern supplier master-data logic aligned with compliance standards

Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar
  • 5+ years in Procurement/Supplier Management, incl. 2+ years in digital procurement application management
  • Hands-on experience with Ivalua (SRM preferred) or similar S2P suites (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer)
  • Strong knowledge of supplier onboarding, qualification, performance, and risk/compliance processes
  • Familiarity with external risk-data integrations (Prewave, EcoVadis, Riskmethods, D&B)
  • ERP integration experience (SAP ECC/S4HANA) and supplier master-data alignment
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical concepts; experience defining/testing workflows, questionnaires, scoring models, permissions
  • Fluent English; German is a plus
  • Analytical, structured, and process-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog prioritization
