Your tasks:

• Management of the sales department
• Securing and further development of our sales activities
• Preparation of market analyses, business plans and training concepts
• Design and coordination of all activities of the sales force in close cooperation with the office staff, marketing and related departments
• Elaboration of the annual planning and all foreseen activity plans

Your profile

• Completed business management training or comparable training, cosmetics or hairdressing training.
• Sales and project experience in a cosmetics company
• Commercial flair combined with sound technical and market knowledge of the cosmetics industry
• Process- and solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Quick comprehension
• High degree of initiative and reliability
• Professional and very independent work
