Seeking a Technical Sales & Engagement Lead to deliver data, ML, and AI solutions to diverse clients, including within Lufthansa Group. Drive value in aviation, logistics, transportation, etc. Ideal for candidates with expertise in data science, analytics, ML, and AI, demonstrated through leadership

In this role, you will:

  • Lead technical sales for new business and zeroG's customer base extension.
  • Develop strategies to deepen existing relationships and forge new engagements.
  • Collaborate with data experts to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Manage customer engagements, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Align team and projects with zeroG’s strategic vision.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to develop cutting-edge capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for market-fit solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in data science, data engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in data analysis, strategy, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in leadership roles
  • Experience with big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and ML/AI frameworks
  • Strong project management skills, leading cross-functional teams for complex data projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership, adept at stakeholder management and team dynamics
  • Business acumen, lateral leadership, and expertise in data warehousing, BI, and big data concepts
  • Technical curiosity in data, analytics, and machine learning technology

  • Aviation experience
  • Aviation market knowledge
  • Logistics /supply chain experience
