What To Expect
#Collaborative Communications: Independently collaborate with Portfolio Planning and Scoping (PPS) team, Tribe-POs, and Architecture to evaluate, prioritize, and schedule Pre-BP (pre-blueprinting) topics.
#Agile Leadership: Spearhead the establishment of Pre-BP topic teams in partnership with Tribe POs, Architecture, SI, and product partners.
#Scrum Methodology: Coordination of and driving weekly Pre-BP team meetings and management gatherings as well as facilitating engaging Pre-BP working sessions, whilst ensuring broad participation.
#Task Management: Efficiently allocate Pre-BP topics to experts, monitoring task progress and delivery as well as providing proactive support to Pre-BP Experts, resolving impediments and resource challenges.
#Continous Delivery: Lead the development of Solution Concept Documents (SCD) and ensure meticulous documentation of deliveries.
What You Bring
You hold a completed university degree or equivalent in #computer science, #communication technology, or related fields.
You boast a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in #software development, with a solid 4+ years dedicated to the #telecommunications sector - your expertise spans across various domains within the TelCo industry.
You demonstrate a strong grasp of TelCo standards, including familiarity with #TM Forum/eTom.
With a high level of responsibility, independence, initiative, and commitment, you thrive even under pressure.
Your proficiency shines in analyzing, designing, and developing complex #IT systems, complemented by your knowledge of the #software lifecycle.
You possess a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between #data protection, #regulatory compliance, and #security concerns.
