Tasks
- Support in designing new business models for controlling and reporting requirements
- Provide data analysis and innovative reporting solutions on new BI platforms
- Development and optimization of data interfaces and new data sources
- Consult our customer in defining and harmonizing of master data and reporting structures
- Contact proactively with customers - independently handling of incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal
- Keep up-to-date by exploring new technologies
- Further development of the product portfolio and joint development of additional products with customers and the departments
- Planning and control of projects
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- High problem-solving skills as well as analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to communicate successfully at all hierarchical levels within the LH Group
- Successfully completed a university degree, preferably in economics, econometrics, business informatics or business mathematics
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Business/Data Analyst, Controller or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis methods and high technical affinity
- Experience and good knowledge with SAP Analytic Cloud
- Experience in SAP ERP CO / BW / S4 / IBM TM1
- Hands on experience in Business Warehouse including Extraction, Modelling, and Query design
- Comprehensive experience with MS Office (e.g. Excel) and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI - nice to have)
- Skills in Project Management and Product Management
- Professional experience in data-intensive environments with a strong "decision making" component
- Willingness to travel and to network at BU headquarters, esp. FRA
- Practical knowledge of agile working methods
- Must possess permit to work in Poland
